Dr. William Logan Smith, DMD

Dr. Smith graduated from the University Of Kentucky College Of Dentistry. He is a member of:

• American Dental Association

• American Association of Dental Examiners

• American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

• American Academy of Gnathalogic Orthopaedics

• Southern Academy of Periodontics

• American Equilibration Society

He and his wife have two children and a grandson.

Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and his grandson.

Tracey Hazelwood, RDH

Tracey was born and raised in Henderson County. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1987 with an Associate Degree of Science. She has worked for 28 years.

Renee Russell, DA  Expanded Duties

Renee has been working 33 years as a dental assistant, 27 years with Dr. Smith. She graduated from Patricia Stevens in St. Louis, Missouri.

Amanda Zieman, Office Manager

Amanda graduated from Henderson Community College in 1997 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science, MLT. She is very versed in dental insurance. She has been with Dr. Smith for 23 years.

Jill Hazelwood, RDH

Jill graduated from the University of Louisville in 1998.  She joins our team with over 20 years of dental hygiene experience.
